Phase 1: High performance coaching to optimize health, mindsets, relationships, and finances

Phase 1 is our optimization testing ground. 

We are actively coaching companies who want to grow to $5m - $10m (with 2-10 high performing team members). 

By focusing on the 4 key areas of each team member's life, we can typically grow a company's profits by 32% within the first 90 days.

Phase 2: Investing in businesses and veterans

We invest in 2 ways: 

#1: Financially investing in (and buying) businesses that can serve veterans.

This is a commission-based 1099 position for military personnel who are serious about building their own business. 

This IS NOT a charity or a “biz op”.

We own a digital marketing agency that solely exists to employ veterans.

This is not meant to be a “forever” job. 

This company is designed to teach veterans the skills that are necessary to build their own business one day.

Phase 3: Teaching optimization systems to veterans

We are extremely limited in the number of people we can directly coach and/or hire.

So our Operation 22 Elite team and our coaching clients are actively building out a comprehensive training program to help veterans become high performers in the civilian world.

Phase 4: Developing business incubator campuses
(coming soon)

There’s a small percentage of elite performers in every group. 

Our business incubator campuses will be designed for the elite veterans. 

Each campus will have houses where veterans (and their families) live for 6-18 months while they get their businesses off the ground. 

Everything will be provided: houses, gym with nutritionists, doctors, and mental health specialists, and office space with business mentors who will guide you along the way. 

Again, this is NOT a charity. 

This will be an application only program that is designed to turn elite veterans into elite business owners.
